1982 TORKER 280X.

Bought from a chap who was clearing his shed out. He hadn’t got a clue what it was, but I saw through all the mass production cheap and nasty 1990’s parts and spotted a nice condition Torker 280x frame and offered him fifty pounds... and he rapidly accepted my offer.

The bike then sat dormant in my shed for a few years, until I decided to have a bit of fun and source some better components and re-commission for my retro BMX pub crawl.

Just awaiting my 280x stickers from frog BMX. The bike is not for the perfectionist. I just build and restore for pure fun and to take my mind of the day to day life challenges.
